In 2016 the team completed this project in Richmond, very close to Kew Gardens. We removed the existing ground floor extension and rebuilt it wider with a new roof with an additional floor above it.
The clients brief to us was to help open up the living space of the property downstairs, with a new kitchen and living area with large glass doors to the garden. Also to maximise the potential space to the 1st floor for one of their daughters bedrooms.
